Steve Jobs once said, “It’s not the customer’s job to know what they want.”
And he was absolutely correct.
Yet almost daily I’ll get an email from some amateur that calls themselves a sales professional telling me what they do, never mentioning how it can benefit my company, and ASKS me how they can help me! Are they really that incompetent? Most have never even visited my website’s ‘about us’ page. They are simply trolling for sales.
I simply have no time and little patience for these wannabees. I am somewhat insulted that they didn’t even research my firm before wasting their time and mine. I wonder if I am alone in feeling this way. Please chime in with your opinion!
